If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Policy is automatically binding on all Our Customers once You buy or intend to buy from Us. Customers are advised to read the policy online or offline in our office before buying from Us.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
● “Company” (referred to as either “the Company” ORANGEWOODS LIMITED
● “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
“We” or “Us” or “Its” or “Our” in this Agreement refers to Orangewoods Limited
● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
● “Service” refers to the Service we offer.
● “You” means the Customer or Individual accessing or buying our products or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on
behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is within 5 business days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The Goods were purchased within the last 7 business days
● The Goods are in the original packaging
● The goods haven’t been disfigured or carelessly damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to our office.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Real Estate Products Refund;
You can get a refund if you bought a land or property from us and haven’t been physically allocated for a period of 12 months after full payment has been made.
Real Estate Refunds can only be initiated and processed within;
- The Customer; in this case, only a customer who directly bought our land/property and whose name and records we have can initiate a refund. A third party cannot initiate a refund unless with a written and signed letter from the customer. A 30% administrative fee of the total amount paid will be deducted before refunds will be processed. Refunds will be processed within 6 months after the Refund request was made. Orangewoods Limited will not pay any interest nor the recent land/property value. Refunds are based on the exact amount the customer paid for the land/property.
- The Company; in this case, Orangewoods Limited can make a refund to a customer if it wasn’t able to physically allocate a land/property to a customer within 12 months after full payment was made, without interest or deductions. A full refund will be made without any deductions. Refunds will be processed within 6 months after the Refund request was made. Orangewoods Limited will not pay any interest nor the recent land/property value. Refunds are based on the exact amount the customer paid for the land/property.
Processing Refund;
Refunds will only be processed to an account bearing the name of the customer. No third party account can be used to process refunds unless with a written letter and sworn affidavit.
Interest on Refund;
Orangewoods Limited is not licensed by the S.E.C. to carry out the business of investment and cannot pay/give interest on any money paid to Orangewoods Limited.
Refunds will be paid without any form of interest.
Customer is expected to return all legal documents and payment receipt received for the land/property and a sworn affidavit stating that the land/property hasn’t been sold to another party.
